He was a promoter of initiatives such as the establishment of the Parts Distribution Consortium as a board member and project manager of specific innovation projects. During his path in the automotive world, he continued his education with Audea's Master in Dealer Management. At Quintegia he holds the position of Dealer and Industry Director.

Today, the Scarabel Group represents the Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Cupra, VW Commercial Vehicles, Ducati, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Royal Enfield, and Aixam brands in a total of 14 locations in the Automotive sector. Currently, Roberto Scarabel is sole director of the family-owned group. Degree in Business Administration, with a legal focus, from the University of Venice Cà Foscari with the Thesis “Economic and Organizational Problems in the Commercial Distribution of Automobiles” and supervisor the very clear Professor Giuseppe Volpato, founding partner of Quintegia.

Christian Caldato is a clinical psychologist who graduated from the University of Padua and is an expert in neuroscience and applied research. Currently, he serves as Research Director & Coordinator of Scientific Advisory Board in Quintegia.
Throughout his career, he has accumulated experience working with high-level teams in sports. He has worked with Formula 1 racing teams, including Ferrari and Red Bull, applying neuroscientific techniques to optimize driver performance. In addition, he has supported Serie A team Fiorentina in improving players' performance through advanced emotional management strategies. His contributions also extend to the Italian national team in several Olympic disciplines, such as high jump, track and field and shooting.
In the field of research, Christian founded a laboratory specializing in neuroscience applied to consumer behavior, contributing to the publication of numerous scientific articles. His research mainly focuses on the interaction between emotions, purchase decisions and advanced neurophysiological monitoring techniques.
Outside of work, he is actively involved in the organizational management of a volunteer association in Treviso, engaged in social and environmental projects.
