To attend Service Day 2026 as a journalist, please complete the form below.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved by Quintegia, you will receive an invitation to complete your registration for the event. To obtain your accreditation, you will need to complete the registration process through the Service Day registration system.

Accreditation requests can only be submitted online and must be completed by the deadline of 7 October 2026, to allow enough time for the required eligibility checks.

Here’s what you need:

• Valid press card
• letter of request/assignment from the company represented, signed by a manager, specifying the applicant’s role and the assignment to be carried out at the event.

Please note that accreditation is not granted to representatives of advertising, public relations or marketing agencies, or advertising sales agencies, who may access the event by purchasing a ticket.

The Service Day Organizing Secretariat, at its discretion, reserves the right to grant accreditation for the entire duration of the event or not to grant it if it is deemed irrelevant.

If you are a journalist without a press card, a blogger, an influencer, or part of a crew supporting a journalist, please email press@quintegia.it and include a valid ID document together with a letter of request or assignment from the company you represent.
The letter must be signed by a manager and specify your role and the assignment you will be carrying out at the event.
We will review your request and get back to you within a few days.
