To attend Service Day 2025 as a journalist, please fill out the form below.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved by Quintegia, you will receive an invitation to register for the event. To receive credit, you must complete registration through the Service Day registration system.

The accreditation request can only be made online and by the deadline (October 8, 2025) to allow for verification of the requirements.

Here’s what you need:

• Valid press card
• letter of request/assignment from the company represented, signed by a manager, specifying the role and assignment to be carried out during the event

Please note that accreditation will not be granted to representatives of advertising agencies, public relations firms, marketing companies or advertising dealers, who may attend for a payment.

The Service Day Organizing Secretariat, at its discretion, reserves the right to grant accreditation for the entire duration of the event or not to grant it if it is deemed irrelevant.

If you are a journalist without a press card, a blogger, an influencer, or a crew member supporting a journalist, please send an email to press@quintegia.it attaching a valid identity document and a letter of request/assignment from the company you represent, signed by a manager, specifying the role and assignment to be carried out at the event. We will review your request and respond within a few days.
