Il <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.quintegia.it\/prodotto\/scs24\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service Customer Study 2024<\/a>, presentato nella passata edizione di Service Day a ottobre 2024, ha evidenziato un cambiamento profondo nelle aspettative dei clienti: il <strong>63% degli intervistati si dichiara disposto a condividere i dati della propria auto in cambio di servizi personalizzati e vantaggi esclusivi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Questa disponibilit\u00e0 rappresenta un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 enorme per l\u2019after-sales. La possibilit\u00e0 di raccogliere e analizzare i dati di utilizzo del veicolo <strong>consente alle officine di migliorare la relazione con il cliente e offrire manutenzione predittiva, offerte mirate e un\u2019assistenza pi\u00f9 efficiente<\/strong>. La chiave sar\u00e0 per\u00f2 la gestione responsabile della privacy: i consumatori chiedono riservatezza e sicurezza nella condivisione delle informazioni.<\/p>\n<p>Parallelamente cresce anche l\u2019importanza delle fonti informative online: <strong>un automobilista su tre consulta siti web e social prima di portare l\u2019auto in officina<\/strong>. Questo dato evidenzia quanto la reputazione digitale dei riparatori sia ormai un fattore determinante nelle decisioni dei clienti.<\/p>\n<p>Le officine che sapranno valorizzare il potenziale dei dati, integrando strategie digitali e trasparenza, avranno un vantaggio competitivo decisivo.
