A new perimeter will be outlined in a connected <strong>ecosystem<\/strong> that integrates <strong>new services, technologies and operational approaches<\/strong>, such as predictive <strong>maintenance<\/strong>, remote assistance, digital customer journeys and new customer relationship models, into the traditional model.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A programme packed with content<\/strong><br \/>\nThe 2025 edition will offer more <strong>than 25 sessions<\/strong>, including keynotes, round tables and interviews, 13 of which have been created and managed by Quintegia, to explore the crucial dimensions of service in an accessible and concrete way, alternating content designed to address the most pressing challenges and look to the future. Industry experts, academics and market operators will take to the stage to share best practices, strategic analyses and cross-cutting ideas.<\/p>\n<p><em>Main topics:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Market and context<\/strong>, with a focus on the impact of the electric transition on the market and the evolution of networks, and on the analysis of challenges and opportunities related to data.
