\r\n He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ca' Foscari University Venice and continued his education by taking a course in Entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles. He joined Quintegia in 2004, initially as a researcher, then with the role of Project Manager coordinating the activities inherent to Top50 Dealers and Automotive Dealer Day. He continued his professional growth by joining the Board of Directors with delegated authority over Corporate & Industry Relations activities with a focus on Sales, Marketing & Communication. From 2021 he was appointed CEO of Quintegia, with the objective of defining and implementing a new strategic plan aimed at leading the company to seize the opportunities arising from the transformations taking place in the mobility market and implement a path of international expansion. Over the years he has also collaborated with J.D. Power & Associates on several projects focused on the Italian market and other research initiatives with Ca' Foscari University Venice. <\/div>\r\n \r\n

He then embarked on a 14-year career spanning Italy and Europe within one of the largest multinational corporations in the energy sector, taking on managerial roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and strategic projects. In 2021, he joined Quintegia as Vice President OEM & Industry Solutions, focusing on strengthening and expanding opportunities with car manufacturers and the retail channel. \r\n President AsConAuto (Associazione Consorzi Concessionari Autoveicoli), Europe's largest active distributor of original spare parts and since 2024 vice-president of Federauto and member of the Executive Committee in office until 2027. Before joining the family business full-time in 1990, he worked at the London office of Banca Commerciale Italiana, in the City at the Broker Investigation office.\r\n\r\n\r\nUpon joining Scarabel Spa he performs as his first assignment to develop Business Management to become Porsche brand manager in 1993. He then followed the economic-financial planning and subsequent organizational development of Euganea Motori, Alemagna Motori, Auto Technik, Garage S\u00fcdtirol, Horizon Automotive NE and other Group businesses. Today, the Scarabel Group represents the Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Cupra, VW Commercial Vehicles, Ducati, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Royal Enfield, and Aixam brands in a total of 14 locations in the Automotive sector. Currently, Roberto Scarabel is sole director of the family-owned group.\r\nDegree in Business Administration, with a legal focus, from the University of Venice C\u00e0 Foscari with the Thesis \u201cEconomic and Organizational Problems in the Commercial Distribution of Automobiles\u201d and supervisor the very clear Professor Giuseppe Volpato, founding partner of Quintegia. <\/div>\r\n \r\n

\r\n He began his career in 1998 in the automotive sector at the then-named Autogerma, focusing primarily on After Sales. In 2002, he joined Volvo Trucks (Volvo Veicoli Industriali), holding roles in both Service and Network Development, operating in both Italy and Sweden. In 2007, he returned to Volkswagen Group Italia as Head of Service for Commercial Vehicles and, after a brief period managing the National Accessories line, moved to Audi Italia in 2014.
