Request Accreditation as a Journalist!

To attend Service Day 2025 on 16 and 17 October as a journalist, please send a request by filling out a form and sending the required documentation (valid press card, letter of request/assignment from the company you represent, signed by a manager).

Once the request has been reviewed and approved by Quintegia, an invitation will be sent to proceed with the event registration. To receive accreditation, it will be necessary to complete the registration through the Service Day registration system.

<strong>To allow for verification of requirements, the request for accreditation must be submitted by 08.10.2025.

Guidelines

  • Accreditation is not granted in any way to representatives of advertising agencies, public relations, marketing or advertising concessionaires, who can access for a fee.
  • The Quintegia/Service Day Press Office reserves the right to conduct further investigations to establish the actual journalistic activity of the applicant, as well as the right to limit accreditation or revoke it entirely.
  • The Quintegia/Service Day Press Office, at its discretion, can determine how many accreditations to grant to each publication.
  • Accreditation is issued to allow journalistic coverage of the event.

The Service Day Organizing Secretariat, at its discretion, reserves the right to grant accreditation for the entire duration of the event or not to grant it if it is deemed irrelevant.

The accreditation request is nominal and must correspond to the accreditation holder. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies, Quintegia will proceed with the revocation of the accreditation.
